Our Associates are the engine of our store - they handle customer transactions by knowing our menu very deeply, applying their cannabis knowledge from their personal experience as cannabis connoisseurs, and they have excellent people skills because they genuinely care. But in addition to handling sales, our Associates also help us manage inventory, jump in on marketing and other initiatives, and work closely with us every single day on any number of new projects and problems.
As a micro cannabis business in New Jersey we are limited to 10 employees total. With such a small team we expect our Associates to play a BIG role in helping us scale our business, our strategy, our brand, our community initiatives, and much more.

Please send an email to [email protected] (that’s .co, not .com) with the subject line “Dispensary Associate Application”, and please provide us with copy of your resume and please provide answers to the following questions:
Tell us about your experience with cannabis. How did you start consuming? What role does cannabis play in your life?
What’s your experience with the cannabis industry as a consumer? What have you seen at dispensaries that you really liked? What did you see that you didn’t like? What do you think is missing right now in New Jersey’s market?
Based on your own experiences as a consumer, what would you say to someone who is interested in trying cannabis for the first time?
