Blue Violets Apparel VIP Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Blue Violets Apparel VIP Program (the “Program”). Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Blue Violets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

Program Overview

1. The Program rewards customers who purchase and wear eligible Blue Violets-branded apparel to Blue Violets with discounts and exclusive promotional offers.

2. VIP status is valid for one (1) year from the date of the apparel purchase and can be extended with the purchase of additional apparel as detailed herein.

Eligibility and Enrollment

1. Customers are entered into the Program upon the purchase of eligible Blue Violets-branded apparel.

2. Customers must wear the purchased apparel visibly to and in the store in order to qualify for discounts or promotional offers.

3. Unless purchased as a gift, Program benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who purchased the apparel.

Gifts and VIP Transfers

1. If the apparel is purchased as a gift for another person, the purchaser must inform Blue Violets of the recipient’s name at the time of purchase.

2. Failure to notify Blue Violets of the gift recipient may result in Program benefits being unavailable to the intended recipient.

3. Upon the recipient's first visit to Blue Violets while wearing the apparel, Blue Violets will register the recipient in the VIP Program, granting them eligibility for Program benefits.

Benefits

VIP members must proactively notify Blue Violets staff of their membership and eligibility at time of purchase by showing Blue Violets staff their apparel. If the VIP member fails to inform Blue Violets staff, the discount may not be applied.

1. In-Store Discount: VIP members are eligible to receive a 10% discount on purchases made in-store while wearing Blue Violets apparel.

• Discount applies only during in-store visits. The discount may be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Special VIP Drops: VIP members are eligible for exclusive, periodic promotions.

• The timing, quantity, and details of any such promotions shall be determined in Blue Violets’ sole discretion.

• VIPs must wear their Blue Violets apparel in-store on the designated day to qualify.

• Blue Violets may communicate specific details of the VIP drops via multiple channels, including but not limited to email, social media, or in-store signage.

VIP Status Duration and Renewal

1. VIP status is valid for one (1) year from the date of an eligible Blue Violets apparel purchase.

• For example, if a sweater is purchased on January 2, 2025, VIP status will remain active until January 2, 2026.

2. Purchase of additional eligible Blue Violets apparel will extend VIP status for one (1) year from the date of the new purchase.

• For example, if an eligible t-shirt is purchased on May 20, 2025, the VIP status will extend to May 20, 2026.

Exclusions and Limitations

1. Unless purchased as a gift, discounts and VIP offers are valid only for the individual who purchased and is wearing the apparel, and benefits may not be transferred to others.

2. Apparel must be in reasonable, wearable condition to qualify for benefits. Blue Violets reserves the right to deny rewards for apparel deemed excessively damaged or unrecognizable as Blue Violets branded.

3. Rewards and discounts are applicable only on eligible items and may exclude certain products or categories at Blue Violets’ discretion.

4. The Program does not apply to delivery orders unless otherwise specified.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales of Blue Violets apparel are final. However, unworn and unwashed apparel in its original condition may be exchanged for a different size or color within seven (7) days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability, and proof of purchase is required. 

Program Changes and Termination

1. Blue Violets reserves the right to modify Program benefits, eligibility criteria, or these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.

2. Blue Violets may terminate or suspend the Program at its sole discretion, with no obligation to provide compensation for unused rewards or remaining VIP status.

General Conditions

1. Blue Violets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged apparel that affects participation in the Program.

2. Abuse of the Program, including fraudulent activity or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, may result in disqualification from the Program without prior notice.
